A few things people usually ask
1. Which calendar does the app follow?
The Romanian Orthodox calendar: fixed red-cross and black-cross holidays, movable feasts, fasting periods, and saints of the day. It is a personal companion, not an official publication of the Church.
2. Is the app free?
Yes. Version 1 is free. Advertising is turned off and premium is hidden, so the app does not show ads and does not offer in-app purchases.
3. Where is my journal stored?
Journal entries and other content you save stay on your device. An account is optional. If you create one, it uses your email through Firebase Authentication, and that account record is stored there. See the Orthodox Holidays Privacy Policy.
4. Does this replace a priest or parish?
No. The app is a reminder and a notebook. Confession, communion, and pastoral guidance belong with your parish priest.
